About Us
Patriot Surplus has been in business since 2004.   Steve Berg founded the company and continues to direct operations on a day to day basis.  Give us a call and there is a good chance Steve will be on the line!  A former US Marine, Steve believes in getting his hands dirty and getting the job done right the first time.  Our story is a true testament to the entrepreneurial spirit and the American way.

What started in a basement soon grew to the garage and ultimately to our current warehouse location located at 15 N. Hanover St. in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.  Our warehouse is filled with tons of product and a whole bunch of surplus.  Shipping and receiving of the majority of our products is done from our Carlisle location.  Occasionally we do choose to ship boots directly from the manufacturer.  We also have a small retail store so feel free to stop in and say "Hello"!

Our philosophy is centered around your satisfaction.  Here is what we believe in:
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
  • You may return any item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges or adjustment.  As long as it is still in new condition with all tags intact, we'll be happy to help you out.
  • You may return any of our name brand boots for up to 365 days.  That's a year folks.  As long as the boots are unworn and all packaging is still intact, we'll gladly help you exchange or return your boots for credit.  We know what it is like to be deployed and unable to get access to a phone or computer.
Your Privacy is Protected
  • Protecting your personal information and privacy is very, very important to every at Patriot Surplus.
  • We will not Spam you!  If you trust us enough to subscribe to our email list, we will never sell or rent your name, address or email address to anyone.  Ever.  It is as simple as that.
  • We do send out regular emails that highlight products, special promotions, etc. 
  • All our emails give you the option to unsubscribe at any time.  We are in total compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2009.
