Are our items taxed?
Unless, you reside in Pennsylvania and are ordering something other than clothing, you will not be taxed.
Will you speak with a "real person" when calling in?
Yes. All of our calls are answered by an individual within the United States.
What are our hours of operation?
Our retail store and warehouse are open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are available to recieve calls between 9am and midnight Monday-Friday and 9am-9pm Saturday-Sunday.
Do we ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to all APO/FPO addresses.
Do we ship internationally?
We ship internationally to any country currently allowed by the US government.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and cash payments.

What if the item you purchased is backordered?
We try to avoid backorder problems as much as possible, however if your item is placed on backorder we will notify you as quickly as possible as well as provide you with an estimated in stock date.
How long will it take us to process your order?
Shipping time varies depending on item availability, however expect a 1-3 day period in which your order is picked, packed, processed, and shipped. After that period, your order will be shipped to you immediately.
General Shipping Disclaimer:
Order processing is done on business days (Monday-Friday) and your order will not be processed on a non-business day (Saturday-Sunday). If you select an express shipping option (UPS Next Day Air), this does not mean that you will recieve the item the next day, but rather that once your order has been picked, packed, processed, and shipped that you will recieve it the day after it is picked up by the carrier.
