Patriot Surplus wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange it or offer a refund for the purchase amount less shipping fees. You must call or email us to receive a return authorization number. We will issue you a return authorization number and email you return instructions. Some items such as boots are potentially shipped direct from the manufacturer and will have different return addresses than items shipped from our South Carolina warehouse. Please do not return items without a valid Return Authorization.
In order to accept your return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, must not smell of smoke, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping package. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse and you will not be credited for the return. To avoid this, place your return item in a box to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must be able to resell the returned item as new. We cannot accept boots that have been worn outside for return or exchange. There must be no soiling, sand or scuff marks on the boots or they cannot be restocked.
Returns must be received within 365 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable. Any item returned with no corresponding exchange will be charged up to a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply place a new order with us online or by calling us. You will get your new merchandise faster utilizing this method. Once your return is received back, you will be credited in full to the method of payment method on file.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can choose any traceable method to ship your return or exchange to us. Patriot Surplus ships a LOT of packages with UPS. As a result, we have a deeply discounted rate that we can offer our customers for return shipments. This is an inexpensive method to ship return merchandise. We are pleased to be able to pass these savings to our customers. Simply tell us at the time you call to set up your return authorization and we will email you a UPS return shipping label. Just print the label off on your home computer, tape to the outside of your package, and drop it off with a UPS driver or at a UPS store. The cost of the label will be charged to the credit card on file for exchanges and deducted from your return refund.
